Toby Irven, owner and president of LCS, has worked in educational and corporate settings for over 35 years and has devoted the past 25 years specifically to computer systems development and management. Also, Toby has taught for North Country colleges and universities and has conducted numerous tutoring/training seminars. He has designed, programmed, and installed major systems for retail businesses, legal and accounting firms, as well as colleges and libraries.

In all aspects of his work with technology, he has pursued a course of prudent, careful planning with clients' objectives foremost in mind. An essential principal underpinning the work of LCS is to maximize the benefit to be gained while minimizing the cost of acquiring the technology solution.

Debbie Thacker, associate and coordinator of services, participates in the planning for all user services and delivers instructional seminars for clients. Debbie's expertise in troubleshooting problem situations is vital to the delivery of LCS's work for clients. The Internet, graphic design, and spreadsheet applications are some of Debbie's areas of proficiency.
